Siena I Model at Fiddler's Creek Opens
A fresh approach to familiar tradition, classic and clean-lined furnishings, wainscoting and silk fabrics, carefully selected dramatic artwork and interesting color palettes in secondary rooms await discovery at Fiddler's Creek's newest and most luxurious model to date, the Mediterranean-designed Siena 1.
Located in the ultra luxury, custom estate home village of Isla del Sol, the Siena 1 is a two-story, five-bedroom/five full bath/two half-bath home with 6,180 square feet under air and 7,758 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage.
From the double-door entry, guests step into the home's foyer that offers an immediate view of the formal living room with elegant fireplace and a large window that frames the pool and spa just beyond.
From the foyer, a gallery hall leads to a vestibule and the model's main living areas.
The 17- by 13-foot formal dining room is positioned near the walk-in pantry and the walk-in wine room, perfect for the couple that enjoys entertaining family and friends.
The kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight. A large island counter with sink and granite countertop was designed as the centerpiece of the kitchen that also includes Subzero refrigerator, Dacor stainless steel natural gas cooktop, Dacor stainless steel oven and microwave, Asko dishwasher, Kohler stainless steel double bowl under-mount sink and European-style cabinetry with designer-decorator pulls.

The master retreat, with a vestibule entrance, was designed for total privacy. The 22- by 16-foot, octagonal-shaped master bedroom has direct access to the outdoor living area and his and hers walk-in closets.
The master suite also has his and hers baths that include marble tile floors and showers, Whirlpool Roman tub with marble surround in her bath, European-style cabinetry and marble vanity tops.
The second floor features three guest suites with full baths and an exercise room.
One of the guest suites measures 17 by 14 feet and has its own private balcony, walk-in closet, his and hers vanities, private water closet, a corner shower and a Roman tub.
