The Village of Marengo at Fiddler's Creek 55 Percent Sold
NAPLES, Fla. (November, 2007)--The Mediterranean-style coach home neighborhood of Marengo at Fiddler's Creek is 55 percent sold. Of the 136 homes in the village, 76 have been purchased. Marengo was originally released for sale in May 2005.
Four floor plans are featured at Marengo, all with attached two-car garages and offering a lake view from most units.
The Floriana is a first floor, three-bedroom/three-bath home with 2,100 square feet under air and 2,859 total square feet. The Gladiolo is a second floor, three-bedroom/three-bath plan with 2,200 square feet under air and 3,086 total square feet.
The Viola is a first floor, three-bedroom/ three-bath home with 2,300 square feet under air and 3,164 total square feet. The Violetta is a second floor, three-bedroom/three-and-a-half bath home with 2,450 square feet under air and 3,461 total square feet.
Fiddler's Creek is a nearly 4,000-acre golf course and resort-lifestyle community being developed by the Gulf Bay Group of Companies.
