Fiddler’s Creek Announces Model Openings in the Single Family Home Village of Millbrook
Four furnished models located within the single family home village of Millbrook are now open and available for viewing. Ranging in size from 1,876 - 2,925 air-conditioned square feet, the floor plans feature 3 or 4 bedroom and one- or two-story options. The Creek Course at Fiddler's Creek Remains on Golfweek Magazine's "America's 100 Best Residential Golf Courses" for Fourth Consecutive Year
Naples, Fla. (August 1, 2008) - The Arthur Hills designed Creek Course at Fiddler's Creek® has been recognized by Golfweek magazine for the fourth consecutive year as one of America's 100 Best Residential Golf Courses in the publication's sixth annual special issue entitled Golfweek's Definitive Guide to The Golf Life 2009.
Golfweek's residential ratings are derived from ballots submitted by their national team of 450 course raters, representing what they think is the definitive list of finely designed golf within a mixed-use setting.

Siena I Model at Fiddler's Creek Opens
A new model home has opened in Fiddler's Creek. With a fresh approach to familiar tradition, classic and clean-lined furnishings, wainscoting and silk fabrics, carefully selected dramatic artwork and interesting color palettes in secondary rooms, the Mediterranean-designed Siena 1 model is Fiddler's Creek's newest and most luxurious model to date. Located in the ultra luxury, custom estate home village of Isla del Sol, the Siena 1 is a two-story, five-bedroom/five full bath/two half-bath home with 6,180 square feet under air and 7,758 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. The model home also features a large under-roof outdoor living area with fireplace, a summer kitchen and a pool and spa.

Construction has started on The Tarpon Club Marina's Dry Boat Storage Building
Construction has started on the new dry boat storage building located at The Tarpon Club Marina on Isles of Capri. The new facility is designed to accommodate up to 150 boats, the largest being 35 feet in length. A key element in the design is flexibility since the racks holding the boats can be adjusted to meet market demand. There will also be space to store an additional 30 boats or so outside the building bringing the total capacity to approximately 180. The dry storage building has approximately 25,000 total square feet.
The dry storage building should be nearing completion fall, 2008. Dry storage units will be available to the public with reservations being accepted now.
Additional planned facilities and services to be offered at The Tarpon Club Marina include a full-service marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, wet slips, a casual and fine dining restaurant providing panoramic views of Johnson Bay and a ship's store. All wet slips within the Tarpon Club Marina will be available for rental to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis.
